By continuing to install or use this software (One Commander, previously known as bitCommander), you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement. READ IT CAREFULLY.

This software is owned by Leanterface Inc, hereafter known as "the Author"

This software is a part of a beta test, and is licensed for use only to those who are participating in the beta test (Hereafter referred to as "testers").

The tester maintains full ownership of any still images and/or animations that has been created by the tester with this software.

One Commander uses Magick.NET (Apache 2.0), ImageMagick (Apache 2.0), Taglib-sharp (GNU LESSER Public License), AlphaFS (MIT License) . By running One Commander you agree to be bound by their terms also. One Commander uses The Entypo pictograms by Daniel Bruce (CC BY 3.0) and Silkscreen font by Jason Kottke.
During checking for update, One Commander opens webpage with list of changes. Webpage may log your city and other non-personal data (the same as when you open any website in browser). No personal data is being submitted from your computer.
